This page will change from time to time depending
on what I need at the time.
All positions require that you have lots of time to
spare, some knowledge of the manga, takes responsibilities seriously,
and can use IRC. When sending me an application, please remember to
indicate what position you are applying for.
Currently, we are in despearte need for Japanese
translators for doujinshis(which will require you to be able
to translate kanji without furigana), Chinese
translators for some of our new projects, and a dependable
image editor.

- Can read and understand Japanese/Chinese.
- Decent english abilities
- Understands the cultural aspects of Japan/China.
My main objective is to look for responsible translators who can translate
Japanese with kanjis that does not have furigana on top of it. But even
if you need furigana to read it, you are also very welcome to apply. It
would be great if you have the manga yourself, but if not, I will provide
the scans for you^^ If you're interested, take this translator
test (bottom half of the page) and send your translations to tsubasa_gaki@hotmail.com
afterwards. Please also state how much chinese/japanese knowledge you
know (eg: 4 years learning japanese in college, was born chinese and know
for your whole life, etc.) |

- Extensive knowledge of photoshop
- Extensively skilled with editing manga
I would perfer to have people with experiences in editing mangas before.
You are required to know how to edit SFX out. If you are interested in

You must require the following to apply since I will be extremely
picky and will only choose 1 proofreader:
- Can contribute ALOT of time (can go on the internet 24/7)
- Speed efficient, you can produce a product within a reasonable amount
of time.
- Responsible, knowing that you WILL NOT disspear like all my other
bad choiced staff that did.
- Fluent in English, perferably having you in english majors.
- Fast connections, can use IRC.
- Most importantly, not an idiot or a stuck up asshole.
